No. 5: Stefon Diggs

Stephon Diggs gets on my Top-5 deep threats list on speed alone as he can easily blow past defenders. And at 5’11”, which isn’t big, he has shown that he can go up and get one over a defender too. He also tracks the ball well and adjusts to make circus catches to go with the 4.2 he’s expected to run at the combine.

Diggs isn’t higher on the list because he hasn’t been consistent in making plays down the field. I don’t know if it’s because of his quarterback or what but they use him more to run after the catch on short passes. I guess that’s why he only averaged 12.8 yards per catch this year and 14.8 for his career.
