What I See

At 6’1″, 207 pounds, I would like to see him put on a good five pounds of muscle to take the NFL pounding. I’m not complaining about his size but another 5-10 pounds would make me feel better about giving him 20-25 carries a game. But I definitely see the patience, vision and burst through the hole once he sees that opening.

I also see some power as he runs hard and breaks tackles so by no means is he easy to bring down. He also has shakes and his acceleration blazing but I’m not all that sure about his long speed. He’s been hawked (caught from behind) quite a few times so I want to see a 40-time on him.

If he runs a good time, I’m going to go back and scout the guys that caught him from behind. As a receiver, he doesn’t look bad catching the ball so as he gets more opportunities, he’ll be fine. And he can be coached into picking up blitzes as he comes from an offense that hardly throws the ball.
