Round, 4: Phillip Dorsett

After selecting Williams in the first round, the Raiders make it all about Carr with picks two through four. And after drafting Smith, to me, only Rod Streater, James Jones and Brice Butler should still be on the team with him. That’s until the Raiders select Phillip Dorsett in the fourth round to add more speed.

Dorsett has a Mike Wallace type of skill-set and actually runs better routes at this point coming out. Picking Dorsett behind Smith would give the Raiders receivers that can get open down the field. Then we would see big-armed quarterback Derek Carr with the tools he needs to light up the scoreboard.
