What I see

Now there’s no way on God’s green Earth that I can disagree with the scouting worlds take on Dorsett’s speed. The guy as a running phenom and no one in the nation could run with him. With all the fast guys that have been to Miami, he is their fastest of all time with a 40-time of 4.21 seconds.

But I see more than a fast guy in Dorsett, I see a route-runner with acceleration out of his breaks too. Speed is one thing but that combination gets him open by far but it doesn’t have to be just that for him. He’s only 5’9″ but he has the hops to go up and get one and wins quite a few 50-50 balls.

And I can’t agree with the scouting world about is his hands because they are solid now, nothing like he was in 2012. His size doesn’t bother me either as Mike Wallace and Odell Beckham Jr. are smaller receivers that shine in today’s game. Now obviously, you have to do your due diligence about his knee but he wouldn’t be that fast if it were a problem.
