Jameis Winston Scouting Report: Is He No. 1 Now?

Jameis Winston vs Marcus Mariota has dominated the headlines from the beginning to the end of the season. The debates went back and forth as to who would and should be picked first in the 2015 NFL Draft. There were concerns about Winston’s off-the-field issues and Mariota’s ability to play in the pocket.

But since the season ended and the film started being looked at, Winston has pulled away from Mariota. There has even been talk of Mariota falling out of the top 10 so that debate is over for now. So as Winston appears to be heading for being selected first in the draft, I did a scouting report on him.
