Arizona Cardinals

The Cardinals need an edge-rusher as defensive-end-turned-outside-linebacker Matt Shaughnessy is a fish out of water as a 3-4 outside linebacker. Meanwhile Viringia Cavaliers defensive end Eli Harold is extremely athletic and fits better as a 3-4 outside linebacker. So this pick makes all the sense in the world to give that Cardinals defense speed on the edge.

Pittsburgh Steelers

The Sun is starting to set on the career of strong safety Troy Polomalu and free safety Mike Mitchell isn’t making plays. So the Steelers need a ball-hawking safety to make plays and create turnovers to get the Steelers offense back on the field. So the Steelers select Cody Prewitt of Ole Miss to come in and make those plays for the Steelers defense.
