Chicago Bears
Defensive coordinator Vic Fangio is bringing the 3-4 to the Chicago Bears as the sun is sets on the career of the great Jared Allen. And now, they need an 3-4 outside linebacker to bring the heat off the edge to the NFC North quarterbacks. So the Bears take Missouri Tigers athletically gifted edge rusher Shane Ray to bring that heat.
Atlanta Falcons
We have yet to find out who the head coach of the Atlanta Falcons will be for 2015 and beyond. But the Falcons need an edge-rusher regardless of if they’ll run the 3-4 or 4-3. So I’m going to give them the speed and explosion of Clemson Tigers outside linebacker Vic Beasley.
New York Giants
When the New York Giants protect quarterback Eli Manning, he plays at a high level and they win Super Bowls. Manning will be getting Victor Cruz back next year to go with Odell Beckham Jr. at the receiver so with some protection he can really light it up. So the Giants take Stanford Cardinal left tackle Andrus Peat to protect Manning’s blindside and the offense rolls.
