Arizona State Sun Devils receiver Jaelen Strong isn’t in a class of receivers as strong as 2014, but is still in a strong class. In that class, on most draft boards, he sits in the 4-5 range and that puts him in the mid-to-late first round. Scouts know a little less about him than most prospects because he came from Junior College.

The fact that he plays in the Pac-12 has to have something to do with it as well. It seems like the scouting world revolves around the east coast and they’re in bed when the Pac-12 is playing. But enough of them know about him because he is a Top-5 receiver for the 2015 NFL Draft.
