Since the season ended, Clemson Tigers outside linebacker Vic Beasley’s draft stock has dropped a bit. While the season was going, he was listed as a Top-10 pick on most of the draft boards I’ve seen. But lately, from what I’ve seen, it’s looking more like the middle of the first round.

I think scouting world is holding the fact that he’s only 6’2″, 235 pounds against him way too much. That is a little light in the booty but he’s one of those guys that can get it done regardless. To me, you don’t just pass up a talent like Beasley because he’s better than the edge-rushers that are projected to go in front of him.
