In this 2015 NFL Draft scouting report, we cover Washington Huskies outside linebacker Hau’oli Kikaha. Kikaha is an edge-rusher that translates more to a 3-4 outside linebacker in the NFL. And in that role in Washington, he lead all of college football in sacks in 2014 with 18.5.

So he’s a sure-fire first round pick right?

No, it’s not that simple.

Kikaha was at one time on the 1-2 border, but by the end of the college football season, he became an early two. And after his Senior Bowl week, he has dropped all the way down to the 2-3 border. I originally thought that Kikaha should be a 1st-rounder but now see why he has fallen.
