WR. Dallas Cowboys (Stays with the Cowboys). Dez Bryant. 3. player. 123.

Sure, we can have all the fun we want about where Dez Bryant can go but nowhere is the answer. Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones absolutely won’t give up the rights to Bryant with or without a fight. If somehow he were in a situation where he could only keep three players, He’d keep left tackle Tyron Smith, Bryant and quarterback Tony Romo.

He would start the rest of the team over from scratch but he wouldn’t let those three go. And of course, at the top of the heap is Romo because that’s his media darling that he’s trying to make a Troy Aikman/Roger Staubach out of. Bryant and Smith are the main men there to help Romo become the new legendary quarterback in Dallas.

Bryant, now 26, coming off of a 1,320-yard, 16 touchdown season, will be there for the remainder of Romo’s career. His mission is to make a folk-hero out of Romo like Michael Irvin and Drew Pearson did Troy Aikman and Staubach. But they better do something about No. 10 free agent Demarco Murray because Staubach and Aikman had Tony Dorsett and Emmitt Smith respectively.
