Dorial Green-Beckham

If you watched any college football at all in 2013, you know that Missouri Tigers receiver Dorial Green Beckham is a Top-5 talent. At 6’6″, 225 pounds, Green Beckham is expected to run a 4.3 40 and have a 40-inch vertical leap. And he looks every bit of that on the field as he has great hands to go with it.

With talent like that, it’s no wonder why he’s still projected to go in the first round somewhere. The next Randy Moss is really trying to be the next Moss but he did his dirt in reverse order, going from marijuana to accused of a violent act. After being suspended twice for smokin’ that bud, he was kicked off the team for allegedly pushing a lady down the steps with no charges filed.

An NFL director of personnel told Zlerlein, “I think the consistent problems for Josh Gordon are going to leak over and hurt his draft stock. He can’t keep himself out of trouble, had no structure growing up and didn’t take too well to coaching in Missouri. He’s tall and fast and has good hands but he can’t be trusted. Why would you take a guy like that until the third day.”

So will the NFL personnel world look at him as another Moss or Josh Gordon?

He does have once-in-a-generation talent.
