In this 2015 NFL Draft scouting report, we feature Louisville Cardinals receiver DeVante Parker. Right now, on most of the draft boards I’ve seen, he’s projected to be selected in the first round. He’s under Alabama Crimson Tide receiver Amari Cooper and West Virginia Mountaineers receiver Kevin White.

So what range in the first round does that put him?

He was at No. 2, under Cooper until recently.
