In this 2015 NFL Draft Scouting report, we feature Ohio State Buckeys receiver Devin Smith. Smith wasn’t very well known unil he popped up out of nowhere down the stretch of the season. And with a little more help at Senior Bowl Week, his draft stalk has climbed from the fifth round to the fringe of 1-2.

And after the 2015 NFL Scouting combine, he just might sneak into the first round. The reason why he wasn’t very well known at first was not at all through any fault of his own. When quarterback Cardale Jones was inserted into lineup because of multiple injuries to Buckeys quarterbacks, his big arm allowed Smith to do what he’s good at.
