Kevin White

Coming in, he was the No.2 receiver prospect behind Cooper but was closing the gap on him. The scouts love his ability to high-point a football and his physicality running after the catch. They pretty much viewed him as a complete receiver but the big question about him was his speed.

As all eyes were on Cooper starting off, it was Kevin White that stole the show on Saturday. His 6’3″ height and 213-pound weight with long arms impressed right away. But he showed that he has everything you want in a receiver prospect in the drills he did.

He showed his strength right away by tying for first at his position with 23 reps of 225 pounds. He then answered any questions about his speed with a 4.35 in the 40-yard dash tying for third. In combination with what we already knew, those two things have put White ahead of Cooper as the No. 1 receiver prospect.
