Ndamukong Suh. FA. player. 28. I originally thought the Detroit Lions would tag Ndamukong Suh if they couldn’t get a deal. But the tag on Suh costs darn-near $30 million so the that doesn’t look so good. And the Oakland Raiders are way under the cap and have to spend money this offseason.. DT. EDGE. From the Washington Redskins to the Houston Texans. Brian Orakpo. FA. player. 10. The Houston Texans aren’t to sure if the Jadeveon Clowney thing is going to work out. Either way, they can use an outside linebacker that can get after the quarterback. And Brian Orakpo is from Houston, and shouldn’t be too expensive coming off an injury.
