At No. 4, the Raiders are perceived be many to be pondering over picking Amari Cooper or Kevin White. It’s so close, Raiders fans were watching the NFL Scouting combine to see who’s faster. And they didn’t get a clear answer then because Cooper appeared to win the simulcam race while White had the better 40-time.

To me, it’s just about who you like because they are both supremely talented and skilled in different ways. If the Raiders elect to go with Cooper over White, I won’t be mad but I prefer White because of his catch radius. Combine that with the rest of his skills and I see a likeness to Dez Bryant of the Dallas Cowboys.
