Oakland Raiders Mock Draft 2015: Receiver at No. 4

Legendary Raiders owner Al Davis loved to draft himself some athletes and there’s nothing wrong with that. The only problem is he did it too early so he missed out on football players in the process. The fifth round is about where you’re supposed to start thinking about athletes you can teach the game to.

Chris Conley, at 6’2″, running a 4.35 40, and having a 45-inch vertical leap qualifies as athlete. And here it is in the fifth round so the Raiders should definitely use this pick to get him. It just so happens that Conley can actually play too but didn’t get a chance to produce much in a run heavy offense.
