The Seattle Seahawks have struck gold in their trade for tight end Jimmy Graham. The Seahawks may or may not draft a receiver this year but to be honest, they really don’t have too. Graham is a No. 1 receiver from his tight end position thus the controversy over his franchise tag a while back.

He is also the ultimate red-zone weapon for when the Seahawks fell they have to throw the ball in a situation similar to that in the Super Bowl. I would take throwing a fade over a slant everyday, all day and twice on Sunday. The Seahawks are trying to turn quarterback Russell Wilson into the next Drew Brees so they br0ught him Brees’ best weapon.

The Seahawks already have a great defense and a great running game so this is a huge move. Wilson will develop that much faster from the game-manager to a quarterback that can carry a team. To me this trade makes the Seahawks the favorite to win the Super Bowl next season.
