NFL Free Agency 2015: Grades For all 32 Teams

Quarterback Jay Cutler is phenomenally talented so the Bears should give him one more year. They added familiar target Eddie Royal but need to lean on him less, run the ball more and play defense around him. New defensive coordinator Vic Fangio is building that defense but I don’t know about trading receiver Brandon Marshall.
