I don’t care what the salary cap situation was, that’s too many players to lose in one offseason. It looks an awful lot like the Ravens are simply blowing it up and rebuilding it around quarterback Joe Flacco. They could very well get some pieces in the draft and be right back but this is a free agency grade.
