Quarterback Josh McCown will come in as a stop-gap and-or mentor to 2014 1st-round pick Johnny Manziel. Receiver Brian Hartline is now there to hold down the fort for then compliment Josh Gordon when he gets back. They offset the loss of Buster Skrine with Tramon Williams too so with interior pass-rusher Randy Starks there, they Browns just have to fix that run defense.
