NFL Free Agency 2015: Grades For all 32 Teams

It was an okay for the San Francisco 49ers’ to pick up receivers Torrey Smith and Jerome Simpson to give quarterback Collin Kaepernick some targets. But now, much of the core of their Super Bowl roster is gone as their retirements didn’t help. But they let some of that core walk and didn’t do much to replace the players that  walked.
