The Jacksonville Jaguars had plenty of money to spend and it looks like they’re getting there. They’re trying to surround franchise quarterback hopeful Blake Bortles with some weapons and they got one. And at the same time, they didn’t lose anyone they wanted back as the addressed the defense that will be stellar once they pick at No. 3 in the draft.
