New head coach Jack Del Rio wants the Raiders to be more physical and play smash-mouth football. So they mainly addressed the running game and building the defense around 2014 first-round pick Khalil Mack. They didn’t get anything sexy but they certainly did what they set out to do in getting more physical and upgrading positions they were horrible in.
