Why they’re No. 5:
The Eagles now have an offensive system as well as a conditioning program that’s against the grain. They’ve acquired players that fit it and buy in while collecting trade assets to try to move up for Marcus Mariota. When you believe in something, you go all the way in that direction to find out if it really works.
You just never know here.
Why they’re not Higher:
I’m not sure if Kelly’s system will work because it didn’t even win a National Championship in college.
