Why They’re No. 4
The Jets went from the worst corner tandem NFL to one of the best in the NFL. They also got a No. 1 receiver and stop-gap quarterback in case their 2013 2nd-round pick doesn’t work out. And at the same time, they kept their defensive leader and set themselves up well to take an edge-rusher and running back in the draft.
Why They’re Not Higher
The Jets got much better but the teams ahead of them put themselves in better position to contend for a Super Bowl.
