Why They’re No. 3: 

The Bills more than made up for not having a 1st-round pick in the 2015 NFL Draft. They brought in a top running back, road-grading guard and veteran quarterback in case the youngster falters. And at the same time, they managed to hold on to their all important edge-rusher.

The two teams that are higher have made themselves favorites to go to the Super Bowl
