28.
Amari Cooper is not only the best but the most pro ready receiver prospect in the draft. I have to give him some extra points for versatility to as over the scouting process, we found out he can do it all. With his 4.42-40 that was changed to a 4.3, Cooper answered questions about his speed, revealing that he has blazing speed.

We actually should have known he had that kind of speed because of how wide open he got. It’s one thing to be a great route-runner like he is but having speed to go with it is how you get that wide open. But it wasn’t just down the field that Cooper’s speed can kill you, he is elusive enough to make guys miss after the catch and fast enough to run away.

That combination of speed and route running get’s him separation at whatever his route depth is. And he also has great hands so he will be of the most help to the Raiders on third downs. He is especially needed there because 2014 2nd-round quarterback Derek Carr struggled on third down with no one to count on to be open.
. WR. Alabama. Amari Cooper. 1. player
