At the end of the 2014 season, you could see that the Oakland Raiders have something to build on. And they have already done some building off that with a very underrated free agency period. Now, all they have to do is hit on the 2015 NFL Draft in a couple of weeks and they’ll climb up the standings.

That means they won’t be picking in the top 10 again in 2016 and G.M. Reggie McKenzie keeps his job. It may even cause the city of Oakland to get it together for the Raiders to stay but that’s another article.
