State of the Texans:

It’s pretty hard to make out just how good the Texans are going to be but they should be good. I like Ryan Mallett a lot and he will be a big difference on a team the went 9-7 with his injury in 2014. What also makes it so hard is we don’t know what 2014 1st-round pick Jadeveon Clowney is yet.

We don’t know how good he is or what percentage of himself he’ll be coming off of microfracture surgery. But that defense sure does have J.J. Watt on it and Vince Wilfork has been added as well. In the draft, the Texans should start with a playmaking receiver and go from there as they aren’t too far off.
