16. player. 10. While the Houston Texans have spent first round picks on pass rushers three times since 2011 (J.J. Watt in 2011, Whitney Mercilus in 2012 and Jadeveon Clowney in 2014) they still struggle to get to the quarterback at times. Watt was responsible for 20.5 of the teams 38 total sacks which speaks volumes about who is around him.
