35. The Tennessee Titans had to come out of the 2015 NFL Draft with a quarterback, and the only way to guarantee that scenario was to pick Marcus Mariota. With Tampa Bay Buccaneers already taking Jameis Winston, and no trades in a mock draft, that means we needed to take Marcus Mariota with this pick. I do, however, believe that someone will trade up for the Oregon star, and a quarterback needy team will put a deal on the table that the Titans can’t refuse. If it’s not the San Diego Chargers, I think the top suitors will be the New York Jets, the Cleveland Browns, and I can’t believe that Chip Kelly is out of the conversation. Although, I feel like the best option for the Titans is a deal with the Chargers that would bring Philip Rivers to Music City, but a three-way deal with the Browns and the Eagles that would send Sam Bradford to the Browns and net the Titans two first round picks and more might not be a bad scenario either. The good NFL teams are able to make their system fit the players they have, so if the Marcus Mariota is the only option for the Titans, we will get a chance to see if Ken Whisenhunt and his staff can work their magic and build a winner in Nashville with who I believe is the best quarterback in this draft. <p>-Les Bailey, <a href=.
