Leonard Williams. 4. player. 28. This is a pick that the Oakland Raiders would gladly make if the talented and versatile defensive lineman falls into their laps on the first day of the draft. Williams has California roots as well as a public openness to becoming a Raider in addition to the fact that he is arguably the best defensive prospect in the draft class. A more prototypical defensive lineman than the other pass rushers inside the Top 10, the Raiders are hoping a player like Williams will fall to them at the fourth overall selection, which makes it extremely easy to assume that if the USC star falls to them that general manager Reggie McKenzie will be calling his name shortly after they are on the clock with a player that is likely high on the Oakland draft board. <p>-Chase Ruttig, <a href=.
