Washington. Marcus Peters. 1. player. 124.
Sometimes, when you have something that separates you from potential greatness, you take risks to get it. So with their first-round pick, the Kansas City Chiefs picked Marcus Peters, the best corner on the field in the draft. What makes this a risk is the baggage he brings with him from his off-the-field issues.

In the second round, the Chiefs took offensive lineman Mitch Morse, who could anywhere from center to anywhere on the right side of the offensive line. left tackle Eric Fisher and left guard Ben Grubbs are the only two offensive lineman that have their positions locked up. As bad as Fisher has been I don’t know how he has anything locked up but first-round picks get three years.

Then in the third round, the Chiefs selected Chris Conley, who’s 6’2″, 213, fast and can jump out of a stadium. He’ll be paired up with free agent pick-up Jeremy Maclin but beyond Marcus Peters, I don’t understand this. The Chiefs brought in a fast receiver for a quarterback that doesn’t throw the ball down the field while they didn’t prioritize the run defense.
. CB
