48. <p>From what I know right now, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers look to have gotten what they needed in the draft. And it all starts with quarterback Jameis Winston, whom they got in the first round. Not only did they get a position of need but they got one of the best, most pro ready and impactful players in the draft.</p> <p>Going 26-1 with a National Championship and a Heisman Trophy in a pro system indicates he’s all of the above. He has all the skill-position help he needs so in second and third round  draft, the Buccaneers addressed the offensive line to protect him.
