player. 45.
With their first-round pick, the Denver Broncos select took outside linebacker Shane Ray. I always thought he was a typical, overrated SEC guy but at the same time a good football player. He’s a first round talent but I never saw him the a top-10 pick he was projected to be until his citation got him drafted around the place I thought he should have went.

I would say he’s going to go in there and have an immediate impact because he’s on the other side of Von Miller. But that’s a hard thing to do when the Broncos have Demarcus Ware, still playing at a high level. In the second round, the Broncos ended up taking Ty Sambrailo offensive tackle Sambrailo.

That was a good move as the Broncos struggled at that position last year and he fits the zone-blocking scheme. I dont’ see where any of the other picks are going to come in and do anything right away. But the Broncos didn’t need much as they are contenders with Miller on defense and Peyton Manning at quarterback.
. OLB. Missouri. Shane Ray. 1
