The Jacksonville Jaguars got after the quarterback well with their interior defensive lineman last year. Corner Devon House was just added to the secondary while the interior defensive line was made even stronger in free agency. All the defense needed was an edge-rusher and they appear to have struck gold there with No. 3 overall pick Dante Fowler.

Quarterback Blake Bortles had weapons to throw as a rookie last year but his offensive line gave up of 71 sacks. That should improve with a healthy Luke Joekel coming back at the left tackle. Right tackle Jermey Parnell and center Stefen Wisniewski were also brought in to improve things.

The Jaguars have a nice, young receiver corps and just added tight end Julius Thomas to it. So in the second round, the Jaguars select running back T.J. Yeldon, who came from the zone-blocking system in Alabama. And in the third round, the Jaguars get guard A.J. Cann, who is an excellent power-blocker but we’ll have to see how he fits zone-blocking.
. DE. Florida. Dante Fowler. 1. player. 52
