ALBERT JONES. F.
Cornerback Justin Gilbert was the No. 8 overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft for the Cleveland Browns. And now, he has a whole lot of trust to earn back from his teammates and the organization. At points this season, Gilbert appeared to be much more trouble than he was worth, especially where he was picked.

He was routinely late to meetings, including after allegedly partying with Manziel the night before. There were points in the season that fourth-round pick Pierre Desire and undrafted free agent Waun Williams. So to say that Gilbert was atrocious this year is the understatement of the decade.

I can’t call him a bust after just one year but he was bad enough to put on bust alert. He has his work cut out for him to be looked at in a different way than what he’s being looked at right now. So the Browns get a bad grade for this selection early in the first round in 2014.
.
