Parker is a true No. 1 receiver as to Wallace being just a deep threat so this will work out.</p> <p>Parker comes from a pro style offense at Louisville so he’s ready to go now. He’ll give quarterback Ryan Tannehill, coming off a 4,000-yard season, a go-to guy.
