45. <p>Denver Broncos No. 23 overall Shane Ray is the most overrated prospect in the draft. He was projected by many to go in the top 10 of the draft until his arrest. I’m not saying he can’t play but 23 is about where he should have gone in the first place.</p> <p>The media believed him when he said he ran a 4.4 40-yard dash but he ran a 4.68 at his pro day. And he depends on his speed because he doesn’t have pass-rush moves. Now, he’s on a team with two stars in front of him so he’ll have two or three sacks.</p>. EDGE. Missouri. Shane Ray. 23. player
