Bottom Line

Andrew Luck is obviously the best quarterback 25 and under but his No. 1 receiver is in his 30s. Teddy Bridewater didn’t make the list because he isn’t like to throw a lot to a receiver that 25 or younger. I think Robert Griffin III is going to have a bounce-back year but both Pierre Garcon and DeSean Jackson are over 25.

And not that I trust Geno Smith but if he’s going to have a good year, he has to rely on Brandon Marshall, who’s over 25, not Devin Smith. I think most of the list was pretty easy to rank as I gave Carr and Cooper the edge over Winston and Evans. That’s because the Raiders have a good pass-protecting offensive line to I-don’t-know-what for the Buccaneers.

I hope you enjoyed the slide show.
