He’s Coming!

The Minnesota Vikings are a team that will show you just how much value a great running back brings to a team. Peterson was an old Brett Favre interception away from going to a Super Bowl back in 2009-10. And he hasn’t played with a quarterback that could do anything at all since then.

Last year, the Vikings drafted Teddy Bridgewater and they went 7-9 without Peterson due to his suspension. Now Peterson is back with a year off, Bridgewater and a good defense coming back. Lynch kept the seat warm for him but Peterson will take his place as the game’s best running back this year.

Bridgewater will then be able to manage the game with deep threat Mike Wallace as Peterson draws attention. And that defense, ranked No. 14 in total defense last year, will be even better with some additions and injured players coming back. That’s how you win ball games so you should expect the Vikings to be tough on the Green Bay Packers and show what a great RB means.
