State of the Franchise: Ascending

The Chicago Bears have truely gotten better as they have improved their run defense, secondary and pass-rush this offseason. On offense, via the draft and free agency, they Bears went out and got weapons to put with Alshon Jeffery. Jay Cutler has no excuses as everything is so much better but the division they play in is tough.
