State of the Franchise: Level

The Green Bay Packers got nose tackle B.J. Raji back but promoted from within at inside linebacker. So while Clay Matthews goes back outside, I’m just not sure how inside linebacker will work out. But the Packers did bring back their key free agents so I have to say the Packers are level, which isn’t a bad thing.
