State of the Franchise: Level

The Seattle Seahawks should have won the Super Bowl last year but a questionable call cost them the win. But the free agency period trade to get one of the NFL’s best tight ends should have them favored to win it this year. This is not an old team and they have all their core players back so the level rating means they’ll likely be back in the Super Bowl.
