Amari Cooper

There are high hopes and expectations in 2015 for Oakland Raiders rookie receiver Amari Cooper. And the most polished rookie wideout looks like he’s ready for what’s coming to him in the NFL. Cooper is so special, I’m actually has me wondering if the NFL is ready for him these days.

Through the first four days of training camp, none of the Raiders corners have been able to stay with him. If a picture is worth 1,000 words, this video has to be worth at least 1,000,000,000 words. Cooper is working against second-year corner Keith McGill, who held Demarious Thomas of the Dever Broncos to three catches on nine targets in Wee 17 last year.

Cooper shook him out of his jock at the line, gave it back to him and shook him out of the screen at the top of his route! Someone is going to tear their ACL trying to cover Cooper just like Hall of Fame defensive back Rod Woodson did trying to tackle Barry Sanders. There aren’t many players that can do things like that so get ready NFL!
