It looks like Ray will be on the bench this year, learning how to rush the passer in the NFL behind Ware. And the talented Humphries needs to finish getting out of his own way to be a starter. Thompson looks like he’s going to be a playmaker as his hamstring appears to have healed.
Even though Dupree didn’t look pretty in the preseason opener, I’m betting on him to have the biggest impact of this group. The youngster that looks he has the most of what his organization is looking for. He also has a very complex defense to learn so it will be a couple of games until he knows it enough to play fast.
