23. Pittsburgh Steelers- Emmanuel Ogbah, OLB/DE, Oregon State

Oregon State’s Emmanuel Ogbah is a very interesting prospect because of his high upside. He features the length, quickness and short-area burst evaluators look for in a pass-rusher. However, he is far from a finished product and will take time to develop.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are in the middle of rebuilding their defense and are looking for pass rushers. Jarvis Jones has failed to live up to expectations and James Harrison can’t play for every. Ogbah would serve as a potential long-term replacement for either player.

A versatile defensive back such as Florida State’s Jalen Ramsey would also be inconsideration at this spot.
