C+. <p>Center Alex Mack is not expected to stay with the Browns once the 2015 season is over. So when Cameron Erving moved to center at Florida State last year and played well, they paid attention. And when he was on the board at No. 19 overall, the Browns knew he was their man and picked him.</p> <p>But the Browns have a solid offensive line as Mack is still under contract for the team now. So they’re looking for a place to put him as so far, they’ve had him at right tackle and most recently at right guard. He opened up holes for his running backs and did a good job of protecting quarterback Johnny Manziel. But the fact that he was protecting Manziel tells you his good work was against the twos. So he and the Browns get a C+ until I can see Erving play the same way against the opposition’s ones.
